«Basic record» — provides a roadmap for those who seek to exercise their right of access to documentary records relating to the cases of victims of Soviet political repression, as well as to reconnect with the fates of their families. The project aims to create a community of researchers dedicated to the discovery and pursuit of avenues of access to archive records.
